Sever upper Abdominal and Back Pain

i have had upper abdominal pain on both sides EVERYDAY for about 2 years.I would always wake up because the pain was so bad and i would sometimes cry because it was so bad. So my mom took me to the ER. They did a few test and said nothing was wrong so we left. About a week later my mom took me back because i still had bad pain. Then they said i had IBS and an enlarged liver. So i went to a GI doctor, they took blood and did several test such as MRI a hydro scan, and they did a scope in my mouth. Everything came back good. It seems to be getting worse. I am always tired, in pain, have diariea i have nausa and get head achs alot. Its worse after i eat or when i lay down. I have even hard pain in my back around my kidneys for almost 3 months now. I am a teenage. I have a another scope test in a few weeks because all the other tests are from about a year and a half ago. Plz tell me what you think i have or what i should do.

THE OGD WILL LOOK RIGHT DOWN IN TO YOUR STOMACHE SO THATS ALWAYS A GOOD PLACE TO START,HAVE YOU SENT A STOOL SAMPLE OF! PALE STOOLS CAN INDICATE LOTS OF THINGS,BUT YOUR A YOUNG GIRL SO,AM PRETTY SURE ITS GOINT TO BE MAYBE A INTOLERANCE TO CERTAIN FOODS! SHOULDER PAIN CAN SOMETIMES BE A SIGN OF GALLSTONES! BUT AGAIN YOUR REALLY YOUNG TO HAVE THAT, ARE YOU ON ANY MEDICATION THAT IS COLOURED, I ASK THIS COS I TAKE A VITAMIN TONIC EVERY OTHER DAY,AND MY STOOLS TURN DARK GREEN WHEN I DO !!!OMEPRAZOLE IS GOOD I HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS FOR ACID REFLUX,IF I WAS YOU I WOULD BE INSISTING ON,SCAN ABDO ,OGD,STOOL SAMPLE,HAVE YOU LOST ANY WEIGHT ?IF SO THEN YOU COULD DO WITH BEING REFERED TO A DIETICIAN,HOPE THIS HELPS,REMEMBER IF YOU DONT ASK YOU DONT GET,BUT IM PRETTY SURE THAT THEY WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS FOR YOU,YES THEY WILL LOOK AT YOUR PANCREAS,REMEMBER BLOOD AND STOOL SAMPLES CAN GIVE A DR A LOT OF CLUES,HOPE ALL GOES WELL LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GET ON ALSO JUST NOTICED YOU WROTE YOU HAD AN ENLARGED LIVER,DID THEY GIVE YOU AN ANSWER FOR THAT,ALSO HAVE TO ASK DO YOU DRINK ALCOHOL! {:

I think you should persist in seeking medical help and not listen to any other advice than that of qualified professionals. Your parents will support you, as they do not wish you to be continually ill.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since the pain worsen after you eat, keep a food diary and see if there is a correlation between certain food items and pain. This could be due to particular food intolerance. Other than that Crohn’s and IBS should be investigated thoroughly. See if taking omeprazole or a proton pump inhibitor helps. Take care!

you seem to have all the tests done a endoscopy is a good way to see whats going on, a year and half can make a big difference. my advice would be to have the test done, insist on answers,do u live in uk if so what you need to do is contact PALS based in every hospital, trust me you go to them and they will take note,it pays to complain, the quiet people can get ignoard
,are you taking pain  relief if so what are you taking!
