Severe sharp pain along back and ribcage after eating?

Hello!
To start,I'm an otherwise healthy 21 year old woman, I work out regularly and am around 120 pounds at 5'2". For the past maybe 4-7 years Ive experienced severe pain across my back and ribs when ever I eat heavy/greasy food. It will happen immediately either while Ive eaten some of it or right after I've eaten. The pain starts at my spine and shoulder blades and then spiders out along my rib cage frontwards. It is a very sharp pain, and it stays very concentrated around my ribs. I have no stomach pain or pain anywhere else when this occurs. In addition to the pain, my spit/salvia becomes more viscous than usual. I have to spit it out in a cup or in the sink because swallowing it makes the pain worse, never mind that it is hard to swallow regardless. Once at this point nothing food or drink wise helps. Even water makes it worse. There is so no comfterable position to stay in when it occurs.
The first time I remember it happening was with one of those mall pretzels w/ dipping cheese. From then on it happened whenever I got the pretzel with cheese ( so I stopped, obviously). Its happened with large quesdilla, greasy pizzas, oily pasta dishes ect. The breads in these things dont bother mine, i can usually eat them once I take off the cheese if there is any. However I have no problems with cheese or any other diary products as long as they are not greasy.

So I generally just avoid eating greasy/heavy foods. I eat pretty healthy anyways. Ive been vegetarian since I was young, never cared for chips or soda. Ive never been diagonased with any other health issues except for anxiety. On the off chance that its related, I cant handle carbonation at all. It comes back as a painful hiccup/ burp and then burns the inside of my nose.

I don't mind just avoiding the food that hurts me, I'm just worried theres a more severe underlying issue that I should adress.

Sorry if this was a lot! I just wanted to include any relevant info. Thank you for any help you can give!
