What is causing my insomnia, extreme fatigue, blurry vision?

I am a 46-year-old female and have not been able to sleep through the night for several weeks! As soon as I lay down to go to sleep I get adrenaline surges, my chest feels hot and I get very shaky. When I get out of bed my heart rate immediately increases and blood pressure lowers. Other than low progesterone, all blood work is normal. Extreme fatigue, definitely worse in the morning. I feel shaky/jittery and like I can only stand for a few minutes or else I will collapse. My arms get "tingly" and it feels like I am off balance when I walk. My hands and feet will get sweaty and cold. My vision gets blurry or dark at times. I have lost weight and am unable to work. I am so scared as to what is going on with my body!!!!
