Similar Issues

I have been dealing with fluid/facial pain in my face for about 7 months, right mostly. But also causes nerve burning in my face. I also have the stingy mucus and feels like it discharges down my throat. The fluid pressure and pain is very unbearable. I had MRI, CAT , been to 4 ENT's that just say live with it. I been to neurologist, dermatologist, Rheumatologist and all can't seem to figure it out. It seem to have started like an ear infection but settled below my ear on the right side. The left has some fluid and discomfort but nothing like the right side. PLEASE HELP ME .
Thanks

Thanks for the advice , a few more questions, I have recently been getting lots of pain bilateral and nerve pain on both sides. swelling has followed suit. I do notice nodules under the right and left jaw bone next to my neck. I get a crunchiness feeling and sound when I press on certain areas of the face area. The tightness has been very overwhelming almost like someone is putting my face in a vice. I have also lost nerve feeling in my face area and mouth and notice I can't sense hot items and can burn myself with out knowing. I think it is getting worse . Please HELP.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have swelling only in one half of the face, then the cause has to be local. It can be ear infection, dental infection, local cancer or even blockage of salivary glands. It can also be chronic sinusitis. The other possibility is a venous or vascular pooling due to clots or deep vein thrombosis. Please consult a vascular specialist and an oncologist as all other causes have been ruled out in your case.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
