Hand entrapment?

Hello, I have something that happens to my hands randomly.  I can go weeks without it occuring abd it can happen on both hands.  I can't really find much info but I think it may be ulnar nerve entrapment but not sure.  Here is the picture of mine as I can't find anything anywhere.
