Somethings is really wrong with me

I'm beyond frustrated in finding what is the matter with me. Recently I started getting some very unusual symptoms such as: feeling extremely dizzy and nauseated, feeling as I am lightly rocking back and forth, viewing gray spots in the corner of my vision, gassy/bloated feeling below my sternum, muscle spasms all over my body. I've been to my GP and she put me on Iron pills although I was only a few points away from being at a normal level. After a month, I still don't feel any better. I went to an endocronologist and he did some blood tests in which I am awaiting the results. He thought my muscle spasms may be associated with PCOS (which he thinks I have). Although, when testing my blood at home---all is normal. The pressure below my sternum is disrupting my life (I feel constantly nauseated)---I often say it feels like having the flu every single day. I can eat a few bites and instantly get ill. Please help!

I just came back from my doctor's appointment and my thyroid and glucose levels are fine. He said that I'm a tad bit high on my testosterone levels. I'm really getting frustrated with all my doctor's not knowing what is causing these issues.

Are you being checked for thyroid disease as well? That could cause the bloating, nausea, dizziness, muscle spasms.

Maybe the upcoming test results will shed some light. If not, ask them what's next. A normal result simply says what it is not, not what it is. Have they checked your gallbladder?
