Hi, I Sprained mg to really bad over a month ago and It
still is swollen and hurts. my doctor said to buddy tape for 2 weeks it and I did. but it still is painful! what should i do? please help me!

yes thats all you do with toes tape em to the one next to them, it does take a while to heal , if it continues ask the doctor if there is anything else to be done ..good Luck
