Strange symptoms

I feel the need to pee a lot, although there is no pain when passing it appears the tip of my penis is slightly red but no pain. It's like I cannot hold in my pee and sometimes it dribbles a little but only a small amount. It has become a worry because I get embarrassed about going out in case I'm unable to hold it till i reach a bathroom. Please help.

Thanks in advance.

You need to see an M.D.

It could be diabetes, a prostate problem, or simply a weakness of the muscles.

There are medications and exercise protocols that may be of help.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Urethral strictures due to recurrent UTI, a stone blocking the urethral opening of the urinary bladder, enlarged prostate with prostatits and certain cancers of bladder and prostate cause dribbling and frequent urine. Please consult an urologist. Take care!

For people who have been experiencing this problem too, Drink plenty of water. I'm 6'2" 230lbs and I drank around 3-4 litres per day. This was all that i did and it helped tremendously.

The feeling seems to be subsiding. I have been drinking plenty of water. It's baffled me these past 3 days that I've had this feeling. Thank you for your replies. You've been a great help

I might suggest you go to the United States government website "Pubmed" and do a search on treatments.

The primary reason is failure of the striated muscle rhabdosphincter that forms a ring around the mid urethra.

Apparently, one of the more modern experimental treatments (available in Singapore) is to use stem cells to regenerate the muscle.

I have been trying Kegels but i'm not sure if it's helped any really it's too soon as I only started doing them today. I have to wait before i can see an M.D as I'm not in my home country.
