Sulphur burps, diarrhea, vomitting & cramps

I have been having these sulphur/egg burps on and off for about 30 years now (and thought I was alone). They lasted a day then were gone for a few years. Until the next episode. I did notice that it usually happened after consumption of milk products. My doctor said that I was lactose intolerant. Well, I just had a reoccurrence with these sulphur burps but this time it was followed buy extreme stomach cramps and diarrhea all through the night (sorry for being graphic) it started as a dark brown water and by morning was yellow greasy/foamy looking. The vomiting started in the morning. I noticed that in my vomit, there was food that I had eaten two days prior that hadn’t even started to digest! Doctors don’t know what it is. This episode was about 10 hours after having a cappuccino and piece of pizza and not taking lactose enzyme. I’m convinced that it has something to do with one or both of the following. Related to lactose intolerance. And the other is that I have GERD and take Nexium for it. Maybe the Nexium keeps too much of the stomach acids away and therefore food can’t be digests properly and it ferments. I don’t know, but I’ll tell you that I can’t do another round of that! Wiped me right out. Hope this info helps. Sure wish someone could find a cure for this.
