Dizzy, nausia, can't keep foord down, tired, can't sleep

Was healthy. Exersising regularaly, eating healthy, drinking plenty of flewids. Weight not a problem, breathing good, blood pressure normal.

Started shaking 3 weeks ago, started getting dizzy and throwing up. Smels and eating setting it off. Morning sickness. Lathargic, dizzy when standing up. Not being able to sleep properly. Sharp pains in stomick.

Awating bloot test results. But doctor went "Huh I ahve no Idea" ... may have an anger issue now.

Any one know what this could be? I love eating, for me to say no, becasue I don't want to throw up is making me loose weight so I stopped going to the Gym so I don't loos it so fast. (not fat, not ano - normal )

Ideas?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
You have the classic symptoms of pregnancy.
If you are not pregnant then you should look for other causes. Sometimes a craving for a child leads a woman to experience pregnancy like symptoms. Liver (hepatitis), gall bladder and kidney problems too can cause these symptoms. IBS, acidity and GERD too should be ruled out. Hormone imbalance, prolactinomas and HIV too are the other possibilities.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system) if you are not pregnant. You can also consult an internal medicine specialist. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
