Swollen lymph nodes, headaches, dizziness...

For about two years now I have been getting headaches about every other day. Sometimes severe and accompanied by spots of light before my eyes (as though I had been staring at the sun.) Recently I have been getting dizzy spells (feeling as though I were drunk and swaying.) I have gotten a few nose bleeds this year when I have never been one to get many before. I also get hot flashes and sweat even when others say it is not hot. What is wrong with me? Please hel!

Those can be symptoms to a number of things, but it sounds like migraines with aura. I'd go to a doctor just incase it something neurological. I had similar symptoms, but my dizzy spells usually were accompanied with short blackouts and was eventually, 6 yrs later, diagnosed with epilepsy when I finally left the state and went to the mayo clinic in AZ.
