Tuberculosis or something else?

My whole family, including 3 children, seem to have come down with something.

Initially we all sort of developed symptoms around the same time. Kids were acutely sick for about 2-4 days with cough, home from school, etc. It resolved, but their sore throat lasted a while and everyone still has occasional dry cough.

When it hit me, my wife and I both started having very unusual fatigue and weakness. I lost 10-15 pounds, and had electrolytes off in blood work, high bilirubin out of no where. I had lots of nighttime urination for weeks. Fairy consistent flank pain developed after a few weeks. Exhaustion after any exercise, which is highly unusual for me. Increased resting pulse (from 60’s often into 80’s now). Definitely symptoms consistent with adrenals and/or kidneys under attack in some way, which I've read that Tuberculosis can do.

My wife has low electrolytes and blood pressure in blood work, and is unusually fatigued the last few weeks.

Have tested for a lot of things, and found nothing.

ALL 5 of us seem to get dehydrated and the fatigue that comes with it, and mild night sweats. It seems worse at night and wakes me up from 2-5am most nights.

No one has a productive cough however, which if TB, would indicate elsewhere in the body. My throat has developed re lesions and white coating, and I think I am starting to have a very subtle increase in difficulty breathing.

Doctors did find Klebsiella and Serratia bacteria in my through recently. However, I'm not sure its related sinec my whole family is experiencing the other symptoms besides the throat issue, which seems to be mostly me.
