Tired, Headaches, Dizziness, Blurriness

For the past little while I've noticed that I'm very, very tired all the time. I get random headaches and feel very dizzy and sometimes, especially in the mornings, my vision goes blurry. I haven't been sleeping any more or less than usual and I've been tested for iron deficiency and came up fine. I have no idea what this could be and my doctor just suggested I get more sleep. Anyone have ideas?

Hey, I responded to your post thinking it was some other person I was responded to, but I see that she, Brandy, was just responding to you as well, and not the original poster. However, with the exception of the menopause (sorry), I believe my comments are still valid. Take care and best, Ash

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The first possibility of headache with dizziness is compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, herniated disc, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. A MRI of the cervical spine and nerve conduction studies may be required. Get your blood pressure checked. This can also cause headache with dizziness. TMJ is another possibility. If you have been out in sun a lot or drink less of fluids then it can also be due to electrolyte imbalance or dehydration. Benign intracranial hypertension also causes dizziness with headache and a spinal tap is confirmatory. It can be a migraine attack too. But yes, all these causes should be evaluated. Do consult your doctor. Take care!

it is depression, and anxiety! Very typical symptoms. You're alright. What has gone wrong in  your life, and resolve that. Something must have happened fairly recently. Especially if you have never experienced it before!! It could be family stress, work related, financial, or just getting older. Menopause? Well you can resolve the problem and you will begin to feel better! Take care. dearly, Ash

i dont mean to scare you but you might wanna go to a neurologist, just to be safe. i have a friend that was having the same symptoms and they went to the neurologist and had a developing brain tumor. they caught it in plenty of time so get that checked out ASAP. Good luck and God bless!!!:)
