Lots of Symptoms but blood and EKG never seems to show anything.

I’m a 42 year old female, I have been diagnosed with Chronic Daily Headaches from Migraines for years now. As I have gotten older I have began to feel worse in more ways.  I am tired all the time, & overwhelmed easy. I have all the classic heart attack symptoms, been to the ER twice but everything is normal. I have at least 6 other times but didn’t go because they aren’t going to do anything, I even have the tingling toes before/during, hurt elbow after, jaw pain before, cold sweats, nausea. A lot of times it seems to come over from the right side under my ribs and move up to my heart, my chest will actually be sore afterwards, like a bruise. I cough when yelling or out of breath, abdomen is tender all the time below ribs on both sides and in the middle below sternum, as well as the mid abdomen hurts if touched or laid on and my stomach bloats, gallbladder removed 7 years ago, diarrhea every time I eat (it’s bad), & low appetite, but still have gained a few pounds. I have a sore, painful lymph node under my arm pit on the left side, it hurts to lift my arm up and forward, it almost feels like a pulled muscle. I have a MRI scheduled for that in 2 weeks along with a mammogram. My lymph nodes on the back of my neck have been swollen last summer, my chiropractor found, also have a bone skull protrudious show up summer of 2017, still there and has not grown, had a CT for it nothing showed up. Have had two MRI’s of my brain for my headaches/Migraines  (2011/2016) showed a Chronic lacunar infarct in the cerebellum, minimal bilateral maxillary sinus mucosal disease and mild red marrow reactivation in the Clivus. I’m not a smoker, never have been, not anemic, never have been.
My eyes twitch, and now don’t converge together. I also have nystagmus and lights dim or get brighter on me (could be my Aura’s). My muscles twitch, extremities are always cold but I can’t tell unless it’s extreme (people tell me when I touch them) and I think my feeling in them has diminished, I also get sharp pains in my fingers that make me drop things. My right leg aches and I can’t lay on that side because it’s too painful - it’s not sciatic, I’ve had that.

My ALT (11-12) and AST (14-18) are always on the lower end
chloride is on higher end 106-109
RBC were 4.05 this time but normally 4.21-4.73
Platelets now 273  range 218-359
bilirubin .4 was 1.5 in Jan 2018
WBC 7.4 (norm 7.8- 8.1 was 10 in Jan 2018) - Basophils are a little high.
blood coagulation PT 9.4, INR .9, APTT 22.8
Creatine .6 - .72
Calcium 8.8 - 9.3
Anion Gap 14 in Jan 2018, now 10

All numbers are usually in norms or right on the high or low limits, so nothing ever sets off an alarm.
I don’t feel good and it’s been getting worse over the last few years. Nothing significant has been found in my abdomen, my heart, or my brain. I know something isn’t right with me and I shouldn’t be in pain.
It’s worth mentioning, since I can’t find any information on research done, that I was a child that had a reaction to the MMR shot In 1977 that I received in NJ near Toms River area. I had a petit mal seizure within a day or two of getting it. I had several more after that. I finally “grew” out of them, then at age 11 I had a grand mal seizure brought on by scar tissue in the brain, so the doctors said at the time. After that last seizure is when my daily headaches started. I Have had 2 EEG’s in my adult years and they have been normal. I have had irregular heartbeats looking through old medical information, after seizures and on a holter monitor 14 years ago, but not told.

I know this is ALOT of information, but I am seriously losing my faith in doctors, radiologist, hospitals, etc.
I believe turnaround time is more important than the patient, at least where I live.
And if it’s hereditary I need to know because I have two girls.
And suggestions, especially out of the ordinary suggestions would be great!
Thank you!

please accept this as a starting point .anion gap points to metabolic acidosis  it is normal at only ( AG 12 ) to calculate AG  add together (sodium + potassium) then add (CO2 + chloride) now subtract 2nd answer from 1st answer =AG .this is for blood (serum ) . if you don't drink heavy or smoke this number becomes very diagnostic at how well  the body offloads CO2 =carbon dioxide (bicarbonate same thing)
Anion Gap exists for urine also . Glucose in blood very important measurement  also urine glucose.  Possible Uncontrolled Diabetes ,or one of the several different types that exist,Type 1 ,Type 2, Mellitus, Insipidus, Late Onset Autoimmune, etc..
Reports exist that would question the diagnostic quality of the  A1C test for Diabetes so don't stop their consider checking glucose yourself .Thyroid testing the Free T3 Free T4 better than THS  test(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone). Hormones are in control of significant body functions, autonomic (automatic functions that require no real thought. Examples :Breathing ,swallowing ,digestion, etc. and these hormones are affected by menopause ,trauma (also prior accidents),medications, medical procedures, hereditary ,aquired, etc. .
Acidosis  and alkalosis  are opposite in nature but can exist together  metabolically.
Example :metabolic acidosis with respiratory alkalosis can exist at same time.
Hgb (hemoglobin ) carries oxygen throughout the body .Vitamins like ,iron ,B6,Magnesium,D6,B12 ,folate (beware of folic acid as it prescribed incorrectly at times .It collects and can cause problems.good luck remember you can ask your Primary for referral to any specialist you may think you need. Good luck.

Thank you for your response.
My Levels for Sodium and CO2 are typically at the higher end, potassium is always in range. I do not have carbonated drinks for this reason, plus they hurt my stomach.  I have questioned the glucose readings. This time it was 100, it was the middle of the night, and other than water I don’t believe I ate since dinner. Time before it was 176 and I was very sick, vomiting, passed out, low body temp, no food in my body, needed 2 bags of fluid. My dad developed diabetes late in life, it’s believed from his blood pressure meds he was taking at the time.  I have checked my blood with him early in the morning and he said it looked fine. But I do want to keep an eye on this.
I did have my Free T 3 or 4 maybe both check a few years back. They were within range also.
I did have my Vit D checked, since my daughter (she’s 15) came back a 9 in Dec last year, which is very deficient. Mine was 36.5, normal range, 30-100.
I have suspected folic acid bothering me. I can’t take a multi vitamin it makes me feel “hyper”, not good after a week or so. It feels like something has built up. I drink pure OJ to get it now.
I have questioned the B12, B6, & Mag (this is good for Headaches in particular).
Iron, I am never anemic, same thing right? Eat meat, broccoli, cabbage, stuff like that?
