Gluten and Medication sesitivity

My doctor has been treating me for undiagnosed symptoms he says is schizophrenia.  After researching I found it to be Gluten and stopped eating gluten and I was completely cured except for one thing, after 10 months of diet I stopped improving and I realized it was the medication I am sensitive to.  A doctor took me off the medication and I was moret han fine.  I was happy and full of life.  The nurses convinced another doctor to put me back on the medication and I am now having problems again.  Including the symptoms I have an urge to consume and do drugs or I suffer a great deal.  How do I prove I am normal and sensitive to medication?  He is putting in the paper work for life time treatment using this medication.  How do I stop him from making a huge mistake? I am also worried because he set me up in a hoiuse where we have to get 3 prescription drugs on daily delivery and give these medications to the person who picks them up.  We have to do this to live here.  There are over 10 of us in this house.
