What is this Red, Itchy, Bumpy Rash?

My grandma has a rash that is bumpy, red and itchy. It started on her neck and has spread over the last 3 months over her back all the way to her legs. The doctors have eliminated scabies and shingles. There are no other symptoms present and the medication that lines up with the time she had the rash has been removed and still the rash did not go away.

She is on eliquis, escitalopram, metoprolol, and lisinopril.

No; her doctors office just lost their dermatologist and it’s a small town so it might take a while to get someone to see her.
It does not ooze but it is just very itchy she says.
Il look it up and see if I can find anything for you hopefully she isn’t waiting too long to see the specialist.
