Why does Sex hurt for me?

I'm 18, female and sexually active. I have been for a few years so I don't understand why sex doesn't feel good at all for me. It doesn't feel like anything.

It didn't start hurting until I began dating my current boyfriend of two years. His condom size ehh doesn't really exist. He's about a XXXL Magnum but they don't make those.
Sex began hurting when him and I began doing it five months into our relationship. It took us about three separate occasions to get it in, and sometimes it wasn't to much pain to have sex with him. But lately it's begun to hurt A LOT. I can't stand having sex for longer than five-ten minutes because it feels like a cheesegrater.

I'm healthy, I don't have any STD's (neither does he we went and got tested), I've had a UTI before, but I don't have one right now. I don't understand why sex is either painful, or invisible (feeling wise) to me.

Does anybody know why I'm having these issues?

(Thanks!)

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Generally a stimulated and lubricated vagina accommodates any penis size. Maybe you are not stimulated and lubricated enough and both of you need to pace your self. It can also be a vaginal infection or vaginitis, a tight vaginal wall, sores at the mouth of vagina or vestibulitis, vulvodynia or a dry vagina, thrush or fungal infection , Pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic tumors, cervical and uterine infections and tumors. You can discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist. A PAP smear must be done too.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I agree with aldunn72023. You could have endometriosis , which causes painful intercourse, you need to see a OBGYN . Make sure you use lubrication,

You might want to see your OBGYN.  Despite the size, you might have endometriosis which can cause intercourse to be painful.  There are also other issues that can cause this pain, all of which you probably need to speak to your doctor about.  Also you need to make sure that the condom is fully lubricated on the outside, if not, use extra lubrication.  Hope this helps.  see your doctor.
