Itching then swelling and bruising on wrist any answers please
A couple of weeks ago for no reason at all I felt some pain and itching in my left inner side wrist just below the thumb joint. it then started to swell and then bruised, then bruise extended about 5 inches further up my arm. It took a few days then went, so I did worry. However, yesterday the exact thing happened only this time on my right wrist. No falls no bangs no heavy lifting just form out of nowhere. Has anyone found out what this could be??
Please let me know, otherwise I will visit doctor, but once gone it is difficult to describe.

Hello~I hope by now that you are doing well, but, if not, I suggest seeing a chiropractor, you may have some small bones misplaced in your wrists causing the symptoms. Do you work on the computer a lot?
