What's wrong with me!!?? :-(

30 yr old female. It all started about 3 months ago. I started with oil In  stool- that scared me. Went to dr had fecal fat test- showed everything normal but fat was slightly elevated. Have gas, bloating, and a constant dull ache under my right rib cage- goes all the way down my side. Over the course of the last 3 months I've had 4 blood tests- all normal.( My cholesterol was slightly elevated. ) pap- normal. Sonogram to look at my gall bladder and liver and that didn't show anything. I had an endoscopy and showed normal biopsies but minor gastritis. I was put in acid blockers for a month. Haven't really done anything.   I'm scheduled for a CT scan Thursday and nervous. I do suffer from anxiety so I don't know if it's playing a part in how I'm feeling. Don't know what else could be causing my symptoms or what else to do.. No one seems to know what's going on. Please help!

Take a close look at your stool, in particular look at the shape, size, smell and shade.

Shape

Do you have pellet-like stools that often fall apart in the bowl and can be difficult to expel?
Do you have a dull ache in the lower abdomen, a feeling of incomplete evacuation even though you may be having multiple bowel movements, and lots of gas and bloating?

Are the stools thin?
Are the stool very thin?

Size
Are the stools small and hard?
Or are they large and soft?

Smell

What is the smell like? Different to normal? Are you on any meds?

Are your stools floating, foul-smelling stool with an oily sheen?

Shade

What is the colour of the stool?

Have you been checked for celiac disease?

I WAS WONDERING IF YOUR TAKING FISH OIL OR SOME OTHER OIL?
FISH OIL WILL SHOW IN THE STOOL. THE MORE YOU TAKE THE MORER YOU SHOW AND YOU DEFINITLY COULD GET LOWER CRAMPS.

I have been checked for celiac and it was negative. Not taking any fish oils.. Seriously a mystery! I'm getting stressed and upset because no one can figure out what is causing it.

when you say you were checked for ceoliac do you mean by blood test or biopsy?

I have been tested both ways and both were negative. CT was normal as well so I don't know anymore
