White tongue not feeling hungry
Hi,
Since two months I noticed that my tongue is white/pale ( u can see pictures on my profile). I did two oral swabs and a KOH fungi test all negative. In addition to my white tongue I don't feel hungry. I eat normal portions but I don't have this hunger feeling.
I went to a generalist, a ENT, an infectiologist, a dentist!!! and none of them found it abnormal. But I know my tongue was NOT like this it was a nice pink colour. PLEASE HELP
What can this be please? to which doctor should I go?
