Why am i getting chills but no fever?

I have for some time now been having constant chills and feeling like I'm cold, when my temperature is normal.
Here are most of my symptoms i have observed about myself over the past weeks

Sensitive to cold
Chills
Sensitive to light
Face feels hot and flushed
No temperature
Dizzy
Confused thoughts
Weakeness
Glands are sore
Ashy eyes

Nausea
A lot of wind (farts)
Gurgling in bowels often
Diarrhoea
Weakness
Lethagy

I have had upset bowels for 3 weeks already with increased urgency to poo and diarrhea.

I have recently been on amptytriptoline and am wondering if it could cause some of these side effects?
Although i have been having these bowel symptoms for longer than i have been taking it.

I have had Epstein bar virus in the past (glandular fever) (roughly 7 months ago).
I also had a UTI recently and am currently seeing a urologist at the moment to look inside my bladder for suspected structural issues after the problem is still there after the UTI has gone.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

You could have 2 imbalances running concurrently.
Nervous system involvement from the  Amitriptyline and either EBV re-infection or other viral infection.
Beware that if you have been on antibiotics,  overly stressed or have poor
nutritional intake, your intestinal flora may have been compromised.
Should this be the case, you must rule out candida (doctors normally don't check this), as it may lead to leaky gut syndrome.
Another thing to note is when someone has candida, nothing seems to work well, healing ability is diminished and susceptibility to infections is increased!

Quality Probiotics, Coconut Oil and an anticandida diet will help tremendously!

You can do a preliminary self-test for it-> Saliva/Spit test for Candida.
Sometimes, medical tests can miss it! Just be aware of that.
Don't accept the lab findings as final and conclusive!

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Niko
