I was diagnosed with Gallstones back in November of 2014 and my gallbladder was removed that Black Friday. I had already lost 25lbs during the time I was struggling with the stones and had visited the ER 6 times before they found what was wrong. After the removal I had your typical loss of about 5lbs I was at 160lbs at that point and time. Now almost two years later I am still struggling to keep weight on. I weigh a shocking 118lbs right now and I'm still losing about 2-4lbs a week. I have tried every diet and have had no leveling out or even weight gain. I am at my wits end and I'm scared I'm going to lose too much because I'm already borderline malnutritioned. When I eat everything goes through me. It doesn't matter what I eat, be it greasy, vegan or just a cracker. I thought it could be dumping syndrome but I'm not vomiting it's just nothing stays on my stomach, as soon as I eat I'm pooping. What is wrong with me?
