Poking with needle like feeling from chest to stomach
I had poking like pain in chest and then it went down to stomach, in meantime I also went to toilet twice. I thought it could be gastric so had a ginger tea then I had no problem. I’ve had anxiety issues in past but don’t think it has anything to do with what happened today. Is it due to gastric ? Any thoughts please
