It is more than likely that as well as suffering from Fibromyalgia you also have some form of arthritis and degeneration of the spine.

Do pace your day with your chores so that you do not overdo things.  Do a little then rest and then do a bit more.  No doubt you will have noticed that if you do too much, you do suffer for it the next day.  So do pace yourself to avoid the getting too tired and aggravating any flare-ups.

Make an appointment to see your doctor and ask to get some imaging done of your spine.   Xrays and other imagining would show the condition of the bones and the degree of degeneration.  This is how I got to find out about my problem.

Don't stress yourself about the time it takes to complete a task.  As we age, our bodies change and we do become much slower.

There may be no remedy for any bone problems, but at least you will have an understanding why you are getting the middle back problems.  The doctor may be able to prescribe different medications to help cope with the pain or refer you for physiotherapy.

Let me know how you get on.

Some massage and a bit of heat therapy can help you rejuvenate. You can use warm or hot massaging oil to relax those painful areas.  Maintain a right posture  while working so not to strain your back too much, and wearing a comfortable set of shoes is good.  Stretching may be helpful too. It is nice to see you Active.
