After 3 months still have still tingling muscles and very pain, burning achy legs and feel bad
I was diagnosed with anal fissure after encounter, and diagnosed just with very high

Can Genital herpes do this?

Hello~Some of your symptoms could be due to the herpes, but you could also have a hidden infection causing these issues as well. Has your doctor done a complete blood count to see what your white blood count is, if is elevated, this indicates infection. Mono also comes to my mind with some of the symptoms you are presenting.

It appears to me that you do have a low grade infection and the herpes are causing it to be worse. I would certainly see your doctor again and ask for more blood work and an antibiotic for the infection and meds for the herpes as well.

I hope you feel better soon and get some answers.
