Why does myeft arm hurt??? I haven't done anything to it???

Why does my left arm hurt??? I haven't done anything to it. It feelings like somthing in digging into half way up my for arm. And it keeps fadding in and out fast. Do you have any idea why it hurts??? It kinda hurts when I push lightly o. The bone sometimes. Not all the time but for a short second it will Hirt whyle pushing lighty up against the bone. I haven't done anything to my arm. And the pain is kinda spreading. It's mainly in the one part but it feels like it's making parts of my arm
near it hurt. (all around it up to my elbow) and now my left hand is starting to hirt to and my arm isent hurting anymore for now anyways I have a feeling it will return. I tryed to ignore the pain but it was impossible. And I was trying to sleep. Not sure if this is needed or not but I am a 16 year old female and weigh 150lbs and am trying to lose weight. And my arm is starting to hurt again   Why does it hurt???

Thanks. I also often get this pain in my right arm  Not like the shooting pain though more like some sort of long lump or mussel is moving and is sore. I get this qite often. Twice in in 2 weeks I think. Do you know what this could be???

The arm could be hurting due to  a pinched nerve, clot in a blood vessel, lymphangitis, muscle pull, fibromyalgia or due to overuse. It could also be a referred pain from heart even though you are so young. Generalized weakness to could be a cause.
I suggest you consult your PCP to run the basic investigations and get an insight into what could be the cause. Depending on clinical examination and tests, your PCP can refer you to the appropriate specialist. Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask anything else you may want to know. Take care!
