blood counts out of wack

I went to doctor with back pain. they think its kidney stones, going for cat scan. I have been tired / lack of enegy as well over last several weeks.

I just got blood test back and I have high neutrophils 76.1  low lymphocytes 17.7 and monocytes 6.2 (WBC 13.2)

google is a scary thing, all kinds of horrible things are coming up when I search for what this could be all about if not kidney or in addition to. Can you help?

sorry ... in the mean time cat scan said no stones but my appendix tip is enflamed. Dr said not concerned about rupture at this point.

lymph nodes seem ok (? ... to the untrained touch) and I have had low grade fever, if you can call it that even, for me is 98.5 / 99 ... my normal is low 97.6 and I don't really run a fever even with strep etc.

When your body is "invaded" by a bacteria, neutrophils  tent to raise and lymphocytes, the opposite.  Do you have a fever? enlarge lymph node?
