diarrhea and nausea since accident

I was hit 3 times by an off road vehicle 21 months ago and have had diarrhea and nausea since. I have had two lumbar surgeries (laminectomy, micro and fusion). I have continued pain around the T7-T8 that radiates to my shoulder blades, shoulders and sometimes neck if I cant get it under control. I get regular injections for that. The pain also extends around my torso and causes tightness around my sides and stomach. Nausea is mild most of the time and I can control it with bland foods and teas, but I have had about 4 episodes of severe nausea lasting 3-4 weeks at a time. I've had a complete back MRI with contrast, an MRI of my stomach and organs showed nothing remarkable. I have tried everything and just want answers and to feel better. I have tried not taking any medications, food elimination, stress reduction, liver cleanses and countless other things to get over it. I do take fiber and probiotics daily and tried chiropractic care along with a variety of injections, dry needling and homeopathy.

I hope the doctors have done your head scan too. And if they have missed it then you should go for it to remove any risks. Irrespective of whether the impact on your head was direct or indirect.
