chills, night sweats, fatige
I have been having chills during the day, night sweats, weakness, fatigue, sore achey joints, and a redness on my eyelid that won't go away. I have looked up everything I can, gone to a doctor, and no one seems to know what is up. Before I spend serious coin on a specialist, has anyone ever had this before?? It resembles the symptoms of lyme or a fever coming on, but it's like it never actually comes. i am at wits end, please help!

My Gastro doc is about 2 hours away from my home (and thats on good traffic).
I'm going by my general docs office tomorrow, I wrote all the suggestions you all gave me and we'll see what he wants to do with me. I'm going to try to find a doc closer to home too.
Oh ya' another symptom happened today. I don't know if it has anything to do with the crohns. Have you ever had a very sore mouth? Its hard to drink, my tongue is swollen and it feels like there are bumps on it. I feel like I have this film over my tongue and I am constantly brushing my teeth because I have that foul taste on my tongue . Please let me know if you have heard of any of my mouth problems associated with Crohns. Have a good night and thanks again.

EBV stands for "Epstein Barr Virus". Many people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have high EBV markers. I'm not sure what CMC is, but there is CMV, which stands for cytomegalovirus. Most people test positive for CMV, but there are few people who say they've have had chronic health issues from this virus. They test donated blood for CMV because sick babies should not be given blood from a donor who has tested positive for CMV.
I would consider ggoing back to your physician and having them check you thoroughly for any swollen lymph nodes. It is important to note whether or not your lymph nodes are painful to the touch.
I have all those symptoms and then some and all they have found with me in three years is EBV and CMC
