diaera-nausa-dizzy

I am a 70 year old male in good health (diabetes type 2 taking insulin) and I have re-accuring bouts of dizzyness-nausa-diera that include headaches lasting for 3 to 4 days.  I will take over the counter pepto bismo and it gets better for a day or two and then comes back.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If pepto bismo is helping then this could be due to acidity and IBS. Increase fluids and fiber in diet. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

I don't pretend to be a doctor. But may I suggest that you see a GI doctor. Your issues may have nothing to do with your diabetes. This sounds like an internal medicine issue.

What country do you live in? Have you done any traveling outside of your country lately?
