I  have similiar pain but i  haven't been to doc yet, but from my understanding the hurting and aching from the foot comes from dry crack skin and it pulls as you walk and it travels up into the leg area, mines is effecting my calf, but like i said i haven't been seen yet because of insurance issues just been doing research and looking at Dr.Oz lol.

Have you had your vitamin/mineral balance checked?  Some of your symptoms sound similar to neuropathy.  Most often people think of diabetes when they hear the term neuropathy, but there are other causes.  A vitamin B-12 deficiency can also cause neuropathy.  I have experienced this and it was painful, and at night when I would try to sleep the tingling/burning sensation would become so intense, it felt like someone was holding a blow torch under my feet.  If you think this may be a possibility,  talk to your doctor about testing and also check to see if any medications you may be taking could interfere with vitamin absorption.  There are medications that do interfere, so even if you are eating healthy, you may not be getting the benefit.
