foot lump & leg pain

I have noticed that I have a hard lump in the arch of my right foot. I only have a little pain during the day but when I lay down to go to bed the pain is so bad that I need to take pain pills. My leg will throb so bad that it keeps me up most of the night. I have no medical insurance untill Dec 2011 so I have been very worried.

Possibly  a bone spur but if one can't see it one really can't say. But I do know this to be true...Isotonic Calcium sold by Market America will take the pain away in a week or less if it is a spur. And if you keep taking the calcium it will dissolve the spur all together! I did it with mine. :)
