Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be due to stress. They could also be due to hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue syndrome, Vit B12 deficiency or compression of cervical spinal nerves. Poor sleep patterns and sleep disorders could also be the cause. High BP and migraine too should be ruled out.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I have suffered symptoms like these for many years on and off in intensity.   Mine are from migraines and stress definitely plays a role.  For me at the pain in my head usually in one spot and very intense also a pain behind my left eye more so.  I'll be real sensitive with light and noise makes me kinda irritable at times. My head feels cloudy and jumbled.   Try excedrin migraine with some crackers and a full glass of water.  Then get in a dark quiet spot if you can and lay down.  If it helps then maybe it is stress an also sleep & diet.
