Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Could she be pregnant? Take a pregnancy test and see. If she is pregnant then this could be the excessive vomiting of pregnancy. If her liver and kidney have problem then X-ray is not sufficient nor can this be really detected by X-ray unless there is stone. Ultrasound would be more useful. Let her take sips of oral rehydration solution, something to control vomiting, an antacid gel, and eat light. See if this helps. She could be having hepatitis and this should seriously be tested for.
Take care!
