i really need help with this

Hi im having this feeling for about 8 weeks,when i eat or drink is fine,but i feel like im stuck and my neck hurts when i touch,and breath,i have an underactive thyroid and my goiter is big and visible but now im a bit scared it could be something weird.
PS: i had my medication increased  by half last week.the feeling was there before but i dont know if this have something to do with anything.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It seems as through the thyroid goiter is casing pressure symptoms. If the thyroid function is not under control (you recently increased the medication), then it is best to get the goiter removed as it is also causing pressure symptoms.
Along with your endocrine specialist consult a head and neck surgeon.

Sometimes a growth can get too big on the thyroid- you should ask the doctor about having the goiter removed- if that would be best at this point with your trouble.
