Sudden horrible vaginal/rectal pain?

So I suddenly woke up this morning feeling nauseous  and having horrible sharp pains. The pain felt like it was spreading from my ovaries to uterus to inner vagina and rectal area. I don't know how to explain it but it felt like I was being ripped open down there and I felt sick throughout. So I got up and went to the bathroom and urinated hoping that would stop the pain but it didn't. It lasted for half an hour and I still feel slight pain but not as excruciating as before. Does anyone know what it is? I am four days away from my period so might it be severe menstrual cramps? I'm 16 and a virgin and never had horrible pain like this before. Please help?!

You need to see a gynecologist, you may have cysts or a number of other things. Are you constipated? This happens to me as well, a laxative normally helps. I am being investigated for Endometriosis. Hope you feel better soon.

This does not sound like the normal premenstrual cramps.

Mesntrual cramps are usually pain in the lower back and belly area.
I suggest you go to see the doctor to make sure you do not have an infection in the falopian tubes and also to rule out any urinary tract infections.

Make sure you keep drinking plenty of water so that you do not become dehydrated.

You should go see a doctor about that.
I know it can be embarrassing if you are a virgin but try seeing your GP first and see what he says. It might as well be period pains. I sometimes feel doctors underestimate period pains. I sometimes used to throw up because of the pain. Never get to that level. Try to explain how the pain felt and hopefully your doctor will find out how s/he can help.
Take care of yourself
