thanks for your help i went to the doctors yesterday and she sent me to the hosptial for tests
to find the reason i now just have to wait for the results ill keep you infomored

Yes, bradycardia can be dangerous especially if it due to a failing heart, arrhythmia, degenerative myopathy, heart attack, or due to a valve disease. Non cardiac causes can be drug or alcohol abuse, hypothyroidism, electrolyte imbalance, prolonged bed rest, and autoimmune disease. If indeed you have a resting heart rate of 50 or below, please get this checked ASAP.

Yes, it is WORTH worring about; can be life-theatening. Were you diagnosed by a Cardiologist?
