Stacey555 is more than correct. What you dscribed sounds like withdrawl symptoms from an anti-depressant or either an anti-depressant that is not righ for you! Had a very similar but a little worse exp. with Effexxor.
Sonds like medicine is the culprit here.
Hope you feel better soon!

You cannot stop cymbalta you have to wein off it or you wil get dizzy and very sick.
Yes, lack of sleep and stress can make you feel this way, but it's not very likely unless long standing.
You may want to ask your pharmacist what effects might occur if your medicines are stopped abruptly. I did that once (but not same meds as yours) and it had some pretty rough neurological effects. Now I am very careful to start and stop meds only as instructed.
Has your doctor ran any bloodwork to rule out any obvious medical problems, such as hyperthyroid or infection somewhere in your body?
If you have any indicators that you could have a sleep disorder, please get tested. For me personally, pursuing this possibility would NOT include trying a medication for sleep first. I've read several reports of people being diagnosed with anxiety or depression and given sleep meds when they actually had a sleep disorder stressing their mind and body.
Maybe these current symptoms will turn out to be some sort of bug and be gone before you need to do anything about it.
