Headache and chills

I played football and got sat on the head and the trainer said that I do not have a concussion. The next day I had a headache but medicine made it go away. I was fine for the next three days but after a soccer game I couldn't sleep was hot/cold (changed throughout the night) sweating and woke up with a huge headache in the middle of the night. For the past two days since that night I get odd headaches and get chills. Everywhere else I feel fine but sometimes i don't have an appetite and may go to the washroom more then before. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
Just as I was writing this my left eye started to feel weird like it hurts but it doesn't and kinda blurry don't know if related or I just poked my eye without noticing.

I went to the Emergency last night after a severe headache and they told me i'm fine with no injuries and that I should just rest for a week.

Hi
Now that you mention a cough and fever, yes, it is possible that your symptoms are due to fever and cough. This can be of both viral and bacterial origin. Since you also are urinating more than usual, it could be a UTI too associated with your chest symptoms. This can cause headache and chills. However please get your PCP to take a look as soon as possible.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi thanks for that.

Is it possible that I might just have a fever and it's just a coincidence that i was playing sports at the time. For an update my eye is fine now it was weird for a few minutes.

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Since you had a head injury and are having symptoms you can get it investigated. T times a soccer ball can hit the head with a heavy impact. This can result in chronic subdural hematoma.
I cannot comment for sure without examining you. What I am stressing upon is the need to consult a neurologist ASAP  or go to ER as you have persisting symptoms. It could also be an aneurysm or a contusion in the scalp or maybe something else.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
