Chest pain, Passing out, neck pain and left arm numb

I have been passing out for the past year. It just comes randomly. When I wake up i am in the hospital and I am in pain my chest hurts and on a scale of 1-10 its a 7. The pain stays there until 3 days later then stops. The doctors does not see anything and they did alot in the emergency room but can not find anything. Sometimes the passing out happens when im stressed or angry but there was just many times that im just relaxed and it hurts then I pass out and same thing happens my chest hurts. Today, my neck started hurting and then my chest hurts and now my left arm is completely numb. I need to know what is happening to me or what is causing this?

You may still want to get the stress test done and check for artery blockage even at your age. The blood pressure is high for a reason. Also, the pain in the artery is suspicious. Maybe it is atherosclerosis and maybe it is congestive heart failure either way it needs to be diagnosed not just treated. This sounds serious and needs to be followed up. The echocardiogram is an ultrasound so yes I think it is a good idea.

My blood pressure does that too.  Or, rather it did.  It would go down as soon as I was in the clinic or hospital setting.
I am now taking Hawthorn Berry extract and my arrythmia has settled down and my blood pressure has improved immensly.   You might want to ask your regular doctor about Hawthorn.  It has proven helpful in Congestive Heart Failure and other heart conditions.  I know it has helped me more than taking Cardizem.

Wishing you the best and hoping this information is helpful to you.

when i was in the er 10 times they did an EKG it came back negative so they did a ct scan of my chest and they said that it was negative but I was wondering if it would be best if I get an ultrasound done of my heart because my blood pressure for 4 out of the 10 times was 153/121 and my pulse was 62. The paramedic did the blood pressure test 3 times to make sure it was right and it was the same all three times. but when I got to the hospital my blood pressure went to normal. The paramedic tried telling the doctor about his test and the doctor just blankly ignored him.

Have you had EKG in the ER? Next I would get a 24 hour monitor of the heart beat. You wear it all day and night. Also, get a echocardiogram to check to make sure there are no structural problems with the heart and a stress test. If these are all ok then we'll go from there. There have been a lot of men in their 20's who have had structural problems that they have ignored like in football and have become serious. So it is best to get these checked. I had a normal EKG but my 24 hour monitor picked up an arrhythmia that luckily was benign but causing chest pain. Some arrhythmia's are not benign. So best to get it ruled out. Because of the neck I also wonder if that artery or vein in the neck that hurts is clogged or something wrong with it. See a cardiologist. If all is negative you can always write back here.
