out of body feeling

recently, I am experiencing something un usual, it is like such that I could not feel my hand, but I can still control it.
It has an “out of body” experience.
IS that normal? I can still control my body but it just felt far away, such that when I go toilet wash my face, I felt my hand and face are very far apart.
I am scared and if any of you can advise me, it would be great.
could this be a high blood pressure problem related or going into a stroke?
it happened 4 months ago and it just happened again last night, i regain normalness in about 10 min times each time i got it.
so far, it happens twice in my life time and i am 39.
please help me thanks!

Well I don't know what was on your post on the undiagnosed symptoms section but are you taking any drugs (prescription or otherwise)? I got this feeling from taking Ketamine cream for my back pain. Also, some types of seizures might do this. Usually you have other symptoms though. Also, have you had a brain scan like an MRI or Cat scan to see if there are any abnormalities there? Have you seen a neurologist?

Your 39 years old or 39 weeks pregnant...I would tell my doctor because it can be an outta body experience or it can be something else.
I hope you feel better and everything will be ok
