Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Painful breast with redness, nipple discharge and fever indicates a breast abscess. Please consult your PCP or gynecologist immediately. You need an incision and drainage of the pus with an antibiotic cover. Please do not delay.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
