These are probably sebaceous cysts where the sweat clogs the pores on your face and creates a cyst.  You can see your family doctor about this to inquire about having them removed.  I suggest having them removed instead of having them lanced, because lancing has a higher risk of infection and a higher risk of coming back.  Having them completely removed decreases the risk of them coming back in the same spot.  Try to make sure to keep your face as oil free as possible, especially around the hair line, also try to make sure you keep your hair short around your neck and it cleaned otherwise you run the risk of developing these cysts.  Good luck.  Hope this helped.

Why not make an appointment with a dermatologist to get it evaluated?  Do you wash your face daily with hot water and soap, followed by cold water to close the pores and pat dry?  Do you use witch hazel?
