please anyone knows what this is please help me !!!

I am a 42 yr old male 290 lbs at 5 11 ! I was on methadone for 10 yrs till dr retired then went on suboxone!  Ever since then 2 yrs ago  I have a buzzing in my body all over my left arm goes constantly numb and gers worse wen I use that arm for anything!  I still have horrible back pain but can't get surgery and nobody will giv me pills ! I have a burning on my skin like bad and I feel like there's bugs crawling all over me ! It feels like in my blood or something !I have like a pulsating feeling in my toes knees and fingers! Feel like they are balloons going up and down ! Mt vision isn't the greatest and o got lines and dots is wat I see ! Also my neck which I never has problems with is killing me and it hurts to turn head ! Then I also get headaches all time ! I been to arthritis dr,pain dr,neurologist, I had blood work cat scans etc I am 100 percent fine ! Please help me if u have any clue or if u have same ! This is hell on earth pleasr help me ??????

Is the pain in your toes, knees and fingers also mostly left sided?
