i have pain in my back and sometimes i see blood in my saliva

could be a lung dilemma. Have you had cough attacks recently? Could be a stage of pneumonia. No smoking no smoking no smoking.

Have you had the flu lateley? or Worse Pneumonia or even Pleurisy?
Need to see a Doc for a back Xray and maybe a blood test..
