I'm very sorry about you losing your job...it's never easy. Stress can indeed cause many things, including anger, anxiety, depression, fear...these things can manifest themselves physically from anywhere to feeling shakey to high blood pressure.
I think you would benefit from seeing your doctor and explain to him what you are feeling or if you are open to it, speak to a therapist. They are better trained for circumstances like yours and may have ways for you to cope besides medication.
I really do hope the best for you.
UR NERVES R TORE UP AND STRESS CAN CAUSE YOUR ANXIETY TO GET WORSE..WHEN U GET LIKE THAT AS CRAZY AS IT SOUNDS STOP AND CALM AND TAKE SOME DEEP BREATHES, NO BETTER THAN SEE DR AND IT
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Shaky hands can be due to stress and anxiety, too much consumption of caffeine or alcohol, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), autoimmune disease like multiple sclerosis, thyroid disorders, nerve compression, and liver disease.
Yes, in your case it can be stress. However, please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
