It sounds like you have a touch of the flu if your bones are aching.  With diarrhea, make sure you stay hydrated!  Drink lots of water, eat soup or broth, and for salt/sodium to help retain fluids, eat some salty crackers or pretzels.  Avoid caffiene.  Caffiene free tea is good, too.  Also to help with the diarrhea, eat foods high in soluble fiber:   oatmeal, white rice, bananas, white toast, applesauce, canned fruit such as peaches and pears (avoid the skins), plain pasta, cream of rice cereal, and plain unsweetened graham crackers.  Lie down in between meals.  REST and take care of yourself.  If you get a very high fever, take some Tylenol.  If that doesn't bring the fever down, go to the ER.   Most flu viruses will run their course between 5 to 10 days.  If it gets worse, call your doctor or go to a Ready Care Clinic.   If you recently just came down with it, you may want to call your doctor to see if your a candidate for anti-viral medication.  Don't get upset over it with your anxiety, everyone gets ill.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Take an OTC lactobacillus preparation and yoghurt with your meals. Drink plenty of fluids (clear soups, water, ORS in water, lemonade). Eat light, do not stay hungry but eat simple things like toast, porridge, cereals, crackers, banana, rice, peeled apple, etc. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacid and antiemetic (this SOS for vomiting).
However, do consult a doctor once.
Take care!
