someone please help

Yesterday afternoon I started to have mild chest pains,  headache, numbness in my arms/legs, dizziness, and begain to sweat profusely. All of this came on as I was laying on the couch watching tv. I decided that I may feel better if I took a cool shower, and after about 15 minutes the symptoms began to go away. Last night I had alot of difficulty sleeping and the chest pain seemed to worsen and spread to the upper left side of my back. I was finally able to get to sleep and when I woke up this morning I felt fine however my bed was completely soaked from sweat dispite having my a/c set at 68. I got up and started my day as normal. At about 9:30 the headache as well as the numbness/tingling started to come back. I started to get very dizzy and thought maybe some fresh air would help so I went outside and sat down. All of my symptoms started to get worse and the chest pain came back and was pretty severe. I began to start pouring sweat and feeling disorientated. At this point I stumbled my way back inside and told my friend to take me to the hospital. On the ride there my condition continued to worsen. I begain to loose basic motor skills and functions, and lost my ability to speak. Also, in addition to my arms and legs, I had severe numbness in my mouth/tongue as well as my stomach. I also began to have a fuzzy vibrating feeling......it felt as if someone was shaking my whole body. When we arrived at the hospital I was unable to walk on my own and had to basically get carried in by my friend. When I was being asked questions, it was like I knew how to respond....and I tried so hard to  ..but I was still unable to speak....the words were coming out jibberish no matter how hard I tried. At this point both my hands and arms locked up and contorted. After about 15 or 20 minutes I started to regain my speech and motor skills and after about 2 or 3 hours all the symptoms were gone and I felt perfectly fine. Blood & urine tests, CT scan, chest xray & mri all showed nothing abnormal. They did not do an ekg...I dont know if I should have had one but, I didn't get one. About 4 hours later they sent me on my way and said it was a "vagal reaction" and nothing to worry about. Based on the paperwork they gave me explaining vagal reaction, it does not seem like it is correct. Also, by the time I got home, the dizziness, sweating, mild numbness, mild chest pain , and headache had all returned. Also, I don't know if it has anything to do with this but about 2 months ago I experienced sudden complete loss of vision in my eye. They never figured out the cause, and my vision returned 2 days later. I am a 28 year old male, in great physical shape, eat a healthy balanced diet (which i have made no recent changes to), I don't do drugs, and I am not perscribed any medications. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you all in advance for your help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Your symptoms look like transient ischemic attacks or ministrokes, which is common in people with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but can happen even without a history of these things. Also there is a chance that you have compression of cervical spinal nerves that is causing dizziness. Hence discuss this possibility with your doctor. Get your serum electrolytes tested for a disturbed balance of these can also cause dizziness. Another possibility could be benign intracranial hypertension, as you had vision loss earlier.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined preferably by a neurologist. Take care!
