Hi
Welcome to the forum!
You probably have infection either UTI or urinary tract infection or infection in vagina (vaginitis) or infection in cervix (cervicitis) or PID or pelvic inflammatory disease or thrush or fungal infection. Persistent infection can make you feel fatigued and not feeling good.
Various other causes of pain after intercourse are a tight vaginal wall, sores at the mouth of vagina or vestibulitis, vulvodynia or a dry vagina, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, pelvic tumors, and uterine infections and tumors. You can discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist. A PAP smear and a STD panel must be done too.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
