tingly toes

about nine months ago my toes on both feet became numb, tingly and burning. i am currently taking a cholesterol pill called pravastatin. 20mg. tablet. and niacin 500mg. twice a day. also taking hormones. medroxypr ac 2.5 mg. 1X daily. also estradiol 1mg. per day. also take b-complex sublingual liquid once per day. i can't figure out if it's one of these pills that i am taking or something else wrong. i have never had these symptoms before. can anyone help me figure out what to do. my doctor doesn't listen to me.

A question...have you noticed if your nose tip is bluish as well?  And are you diabetic or have peripheral vascular disease?
